Directions for Use

For best results, watch the instructional videos on this page before use.

  1. Lightly spray Stone Cleaner® onto the surface.

  2. Rinse completely with a clean, wet Life Saver Cloth®.

  3. Wipe dry if desired.

Important Use Note

⚠️ For plastic and painted surfaces, always test in an inconspicuous area first.
Some finishes may react differently depending on age, coating, or manufacturer.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you must package it and return to the address above and email the tracking info to info@lifesavercleaner.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products are of the highest standards and quality, and you should know fairly soon after using the products if they don't meet your needs or expectations. Therefore, products that are returned with more than 1/3 use may not be returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some sale items or gift cards. Once again please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you paid shipping on your order, the shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1 - Spray surface lightly for general cleaning or generously for heavy duty cleaning

2 - Rinse completely with wet Life Saver Mini Cloth® for general cleaning or wet sponge first (to remove excess grease or bacteria) followed by wet Life Saver Mini Cloth®.
